The 9 Step Negativity Detox is a powerful series that will teach you the nine simple steps to free you from the unnecessary causes of negativity in your life. How to Sleep Well puts a sleep expert with over 36 years' experience at your disposal to help you finally get the restful, restorative sleep you need to live better and be more productive.

The repetition of the concepts may jar with some, I personally find that when learning a new skill, repetition is important in cementing habits. Dr Stanley insists that sleep is “a very individual thing” and “any sleep advice needs personal adaptation”. Come down the travelators, exit Sainsbury's, turn right and follow the pedestrianised walkway to Crown Walk and turn right - and Coles will be right in front of you. Soothe your kids to sleep while you celebrate the love between this close-knit, multi-generational family.

Side note: Amusingly, the nights of sleep after each sitting of reading this were some of my worst night's sleeps in a long time. I personally think this book would have been better as 1,000 word blog article rather than a 200 paged book.Amazing book, helped me a lot during a very rough time (2020 quarantine), when I started suffering from insomnia. However, if you drink an excessive amount – which varies from person to person, problems, such as headache due to dehydration and bathroom visit, may come later in the night. The book is written well and in a manner that is easy to follow, although there are bouts of repetition. Sleep is so important that it affects everything, from our work and school performance to our physical and psychological well-being, as well as relation with others. The sleep guidance is more like a series of blogs written by a teenager, and there are no referencing to back up the author's claim or to provide further reading. I got the audiobook for free as a VIP offer from the Audiobooks app, to which I have a subscription. It all starts with the science of how much you really need, what your body does during sleep and the causes behind many common sleep problems. I realise that not everyone will want a book filled with scientific references but there are ways to provide this without affecting the read quality. Duidelijk een boek voor mensen met slaapproblemen en een dat ook duidelijk handvatten hiervoor bied. An informative, sometimes humorous, and concise book that lifts the lid on this holy grail – a very good read and I never dozed off!

I think this book was a decent read, although I am not the target audience for this book as it seems heavily catered towards people with debhilitating insomnia. Listen in as she takes six different people on a career change journey to help them figure out what work they would really love to do and create a plan of how to make that career change happen. Some Daily Living Aids are dispatched directly from the supplier, the product page indicates where this is the case.
