There are many ways to frost glass, but there is not a specific spray that will do the job. You can use spray paint, etching cream, or frosted glass film to achieve a frosted look on glass. To avoid any patches and achieve an even spread i would recommend spraying from a distance of about 45cm. I also would recommend spraying it in layers over a few coats until you achieve your desired opacity.Ensure before you start spraying the frost that you apply masking tape to the window frame/edge to avoid getting this anywhere you may not want it.
