In Thailand. Sriracha is used as a dipping sauce. Try it on top of fish cakes or with spring rolls, or as a side to dumplings. It can be used as a dipping sauce, condiment, marinade, or stir-fry sauce. It doesn’t have the same heat levels as some strong hot sauces, but it is still spicy. As an alternative, chipotle ketchup can be store-bought or homemade. This ketchup variety is sweet with a bit of smoky heat coming through at the end. Use it to add a burst of flavor to your favorite Thai-inspired dishes, such as our Creamy Thai Carrot Soup with Basil, 1-Pot Pumpkin Yellow Curry, or Easy Tofu Pad Thai.
