Reasons Why: (1) AutoCom provides on average 40% more information then iCarsoft i930 scanner, (2) It has much wider car model compatibility, and (3) It's software/firmware is consistently updated with new car models. According to Britpart support, there's currently no user manual for the Lynx Evo, so I'm fumbling around trying to use a somewhat clunky phone app. Things may improve, but they really shouldn't be selling the product before they put together a manual. Because it's such a new product, there are few other people out there who have any experience with it. instead, through our extensive field testing and comparison — we recommend AutoCom which is far superior and in similar price range. I'm also confident it will talk to other modules, not just the engine, as the i930 can. I presume the tablet (Android/Apple) software would communicate with the reader easier as well.
