We got in touch with the manufacturer with the hope they would at least offer us some compensation to put the work top right, but they are unable to help. The wrong handles were sent and so we now how holes showing as the correct handles didn’t fit in the same holes.

We purposely bought a glitter work top however due to being fitted incorrectly we now how absolutely no glitter on it at all, we are so disappointed. We saw our dream kitchen in the range store in Kidderminster. It was on display and it was just what we were looking for. The lighting was also another issue, I asked for the lights to be included of which I thought was in the price these never arrived and honestly I’ve asked my electrician to resolve it as I can’t be bothered with the stress.The whole journey and experience with this company wasn't very good at all. I would suggest you spend your hard earnt cash somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake we did.
