As a writer, how do you create a sense of suspense and mystery in an opening chapter? I mean, you know, you wanna keep the readers wanting to read more, right? ALEX: Yeah! laughter Um, I definitely read out loud, especially because sometimes I may make a little mistake or miss out a word, and so it's good to read out loud to catch that. Um, but also when you read out loud you can really s-, um, sense the rhythm of a piece and how- and how it feels when you're reading it. So yeah, that's definitely something to do, maybe even with some EXPRESSION! The Ghoul in the School” is the second novel in the “Breakfast Club Adventures” series and was released in 2023. Another exciting adventure filled with high stakes mysteries, fantastic friendships, and odd goings on. There is something weird going on at school. The Beast Beyond the Fence” is the first novel in the “Breakfast Club Adventures” series and was released in 2022. He trained for a week with Manchester City before he joined the academy system at Manchester United when he was just seven years old, amid interest from Liverpool and Everton. He credited his brothers with helping him decide to join United. Rashford said the book club was designed to “get the right books in the hands of children who have very limited access to them” and offer “an escape from environments that can be quite challenging and to find the joy in reading”.
