It's a nice tool — you can use it to jot down notes and make some detailed sketches on the S21 Ultra's 6.8-inch screen. But you won't find support for Air Actions, those features that Galaxy Note users have enjoyed where the S Pen essentially acts as a remote control. When one of the SIMs is used for 3G service, another SIM would use 2G service. (Only applicable to Dual SIM models) Need to get a close-up? The Magnify feature lets you hover over anything on your screen and zoom in up to 300%. View photos or drawings in precise detail, even while you’re on the go. We're absolutely in the dark as to how much the S Pen Pro will weigh and just how big it is. Based on the side-by-side image Samsung shared in January, it's clear that the Pro version is longer than the standard version. For context, the existing S Pen is a little bit longer than 4 inches. Write on Calendar It's worth pointing out that the Galaxy S21 doesn't have a slot to insert the S Pen or S Pen Pro, unlike the Note devices, so you'll probably want to buy a case that has a slot for them. Presumably, they'll come in different sizes for the smaller S Pen or larger S Pen Pro, which is something to pay attention to. Some styli features However, the S Pen Pro figures to be an intriguing companion to the Galaxy Z Fold 3. When fully opened up, that foldable is expected to offer at least 7.5 inches of screen space. That's the kind of real estate that would benefit from an easy-to-hold device with built-in Bluetooth support. And if the S Pen Pro improves how productive you can be with the Galaxy Z Fold 3, that's another mark in the favor of foldable phones, as Samsung looks to make the case that these devices should be more mainstream.The success of the Galaxy Z fold 3 doesn't hinge upon the S Pen Pro. But support for a fully featured stylus sure makes that a more compelling phone for a wider audience. Air Gestures won't actually be available straight away though, as they're coming via a software update later. Also, only the S Pen Pro has Bluetooth connectivity. By this point, you might be asking yourself why the S Pen Fold Edition can only be used with the Z Fold 3 or 4. This doesn't boil down to just one root cause but instead is for a few different reasons. The first of which is the same reason why you can't use older S Pen models with the last two Z Fold models.
