A redeco of Revenge of the Fallen Scout Class Brakedown, Dead End was released as part of the Generations line's "GDO" line-up in the same manner as Motorbreath.

UNIVERSES COLLIDE: Universes collide with Transformers: Legacy! This epic line of Transformers toys brings together fan-favorite characters from across the Transformers multiverse A retool of Alternators Side Swipe, originally planned as Sunstreaker, instead given a different deco and released as Dead End. He was later redecoed into two different versions of Sunstreaker anyways, both for Takara's Binaltech Asterisk line and for Hasbro's Alternators line. Pre-reveal of Legacy on the Transformers Facebook: "Celebrating an almost 40-year legacy of Transformers, universes collide as fan-favorite characters are brought together from across the multiverse, updated with Generations styling. You can harness the power of Energon, with all-new Energon-infused weapon accessories that come with figures across the line." With Bruticus and Devastator, Menasor attempted to place a giant bust of Megatron's head atop the Decepticon's solar tower. However, the three were unable to work as a team and sent the tower collapsing on themselves. Megatron's Ambition!? The Solar Tower Is Built! Ask Vector PrimeMenasor and the other Decepticon combiners battled their Autobot counterparts. Defensor managed to destroy a crucial part of Menasor, defeating him. But, until now, Motormaster has not been able to find the Key that will transport him from the virtual Transformers Universe of collectible toys, comics, TV shows and movies onto the real highways and byways of 21st century Earth. Menasor was among the Nine Great Demon Generals recruited by the Decepticons' newest Emperor of Destruction, Violengiguar. Outfited with new armor and weaponry—including a giant shield that he could sling at his enemies, and some kind of funky transparent-green Phantom-of-the-Opera-lookin' half-face mask—Menasor was somewhat dubiously christened the "Intelligence General" of the group, and sent forth to conquer planets in pursuit of Violengiguar's goal of creating a Decepticon Zone. Zone Part 1 At some point, the Generals schooled Metrotitan and the Metrosquad in the ways of evil, making them more than formidable foes for the Powered Masters. Zone Part 7 See all the new images and Mark’s comments about Motormaster and Menasor after the break and then sound off on the 2005 Boards! Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may take longer to reach you.

Big shout out to @artguy101 (Dan Khanna) for the awesome concept art for this Commander Class Motormaster. As you scroll you can see alot of early work from not only Dan but from the great Ejima san (Ejima Takio, Takara Tomy designer)! After the events of The Transformers: The Movie, Motormaster was among the Decepticons who went into exile on Chaar. Although he supported Cyclonus, he ended up leading the other Decepticons in agreeing to help the Quintessons, before Galvatron returned and co-opted the scheme. Motormaster continued to make occasional appearances throughout the third season, last appearing in "The Return of Optimus Prime" where he was one of the first Decepticons infected with the Hate Plague and was one of the infected Transformers to arrive at Metroplex to destroy Optimus Prime until he got cured by the Matrix of Leadership. A redeco of Cybertron Legends of Cybertron Optimus Prime released under the 2006 Classics line was intended to be Motormaster, but the since the trademark was still not available, the figure was again given the name " Menasor", and the super robot's function of "Super Warrior". The team was founded by Breakdown. Breakdown's bio Dragstrip liked to find ways to compete with the other team members. Dragstrip's bio Of Masters and Mayhem

The sword's unusual handle allows it to be gripped not just by Motormaster or Menasor with their standard-sized fist holes, but also by Legacy Core class figures, with their smaller fists able to grip a small protrusion at the bottom. He was voiced by the late Roger C. Carmel, who also voiced Bruticus, Cyclonus and Unicron, as well as playing Harry Mudd in Star Trek.

Sometime beyond the year 2036, Wildrider and the other Stunticons enjoyed themselves with their own personal annual event: stealing human cars and use them to race each other. Today Is Us Stunticons' Annual Holiday Demolition Race! Menasor is formed out of all five Stunticon toys, with Motormaster serving as the central body component, and the four smaller team members as limbs, using additional attachments for Menasor's hands and feet, a mask for his head, waist armor, and a chestplate formed from the "roller car" figure included with Motormaster. He is armed with Motormaster's sword and cyclone rifle. As a " Scramble City"-style combiner, Menasor's limbs are fully interchangeable; any of his limb-components, or any members of the other compatible combiner teams, are able to form either an arm or leg for the giant. Menasor is the smallest, but sturdiest, of the Scramble City combiners. A redeco of Thunder Clash (or, more accurately, the Machine Wars Optimus Prime retool) was planned as a store exclusive for the 2003 Universe toy line. Initially it was supposed to be Motormaster, but because the trademark was not available at the time, it was renamed into "Menasor" before being canceled altogether. BigBadToyStore listing: "Transformers Generations Legacy Evolution Voyager Wave 1 Set of 2 Figures" (outdated, "Evolution" has since been removed)Motormaster was one of many spectators for the Speedia 500 race on Velocitron. Velocitron Speedia 500 Part 2 He remained for the second week of the race. Velocitron Speedia 500 Part 3 Generations Selects Special Comic A redeco of the aforementioned Combiner Wars mold, this Motormaster is based on his cancelled Generation 2 toy. Well, okay, technically, this set is based on somebody's digibash based on somebody's hand-painted recreation of the canceled Generation 2 toys, including an erroneous purple and silver Breakdown and some other errors. Wildrider and the Stunticons fought the Autobots while trying to steal from Earth's resources. They formed Menasor in battle with Defensor, but were soon dismantled. Transformers in Action: He Who Laughs Last ... The Special Teams In the 2006/2007 Classics line, a redeco of Legends of Cybertron Optimus Prime was intended to be Motormaster, but again, the name could not be obtained. The toy was given the name "Menasor" and the super robot's function of "Super Warrior", effectively making him Menasor, not Motormaster. This figure is not compatible with any prior systems of combination. As Legacy Menasor is designed with a specific limb configuration in mind, Wild Rider is limited to being one of Menasor's legs, but unlike Drag Strip and Dead End as the arms, he can be used for either the left or right leg.

Other Media

Like most Decepticons, Motormaster was left leaderless and near-powerless after the destruction of Unicron and the disappearance of Galvatron. By 2006, he and the other Decepticons had retreated to a burnt-out hunk of a planet called Chaar, a world of ash in ruin. Certain that the Decepticons could be reborn as a fighting force if only they had a leader, Motormaster contributed nearly the last of his energon for Cyclonus's hunt for Galvatron and collapsed on the spot as a result. Still, when the Quintessons arrived in the interim offering energon if only the Decepticons would help destroy the Autobots, Motormaster and the others naturally jumped at the opportunity. When Galvatron returned, though, he first shot Motormaster before ultimately agreeing to go along with the Quintessons anyway. Five Faces of Darkness, Part 1, Five Faces of Darkness, Part 2, Five Faces of Darkness, Part 3, Five Faces of Darkness, Part 4, Five Faces of Darkness, Part 5, The Ultimate Weapon Motormaster has a very simple goal: to be the king of the road. Very simple. Some might argue "simple to the point of stupid". His ambitions don't seem to get much higher than that, and just what exactly "king of the road" entails is similarly vague. What is certain though is that it involves smashing anything in his way, smashing anything that annoys him, and just generally smashing things. And this hulking semi has the muscle to do so with ease. Though the Generation 1 toy is clearly a single-trailer rig, the seams of Motormaster's transformation were often misinterpreted by artists as being a division between two trailers. Thus, Motormaster is sometimes portrayed as a double-trailer rig, even though the "front trailer" doesn't have any rear wheels.
