Her journaling exercises are designed to help generate a "new story" for yourself and a new set of possibilities. has been such a difficult year, full of uncertainties for so many people and I think we have all been forced to look at our own mental health and how we protect it and I do think that this type of book is one way of helping to manage those feelings and I would encourage anyone to give it a go. Each section makes you think, offers science behind the thinking and completes with an activity or game to help reinforce the learning. I'm working on quite a few things at the minute and wouldn't mind one day actually getting published in print.

For me personally this is the first self-help book I have ever read, and I really enjoyed doing the activities, especially those that require self-discovery and soe of these activities are really thought provoking, as I could list numerous ways that I was hard on myself, but then when asked to self-evaluate and think of ways to control these negative thoughts, it was really difficult but also so enlightening.
