These are the 21 “great” Blades, also called Ō Wazamono. They are inferior to the Saijō Ō Wazamono. So far, five have been revealed:

[1] are blades of a high quality, outclassed only by the twelve Supreme Grade Swords, twenty-one Great Grade Swords, and fifty Skillful Grade Swords. The total number of Grade Swords is unknown. They are the lowest classification for a Meito. However, despite their lower quality, they still yield far superior attributes and strength than regular blades, such as exceptional resilience and cutting power against sturdy foes. When used by Zoro, Yubashiri was one of the three swords for his Three Sword Style style and it was typically used along with Sandai Kitetsu in his Two Sword Style techniques. When the sword was destroyed, Zoro replaced it with Shusui. However, Kitetsu III was not an ordinary sword, Ipponmatsu called it a cursed blade. The sword was forged by Tenguyama Hitetsu as an imitation of one of the infamously sharp Kitetsu blades and eventually found its way overseas. Its name means "Third Generation of Oni Piercer." Kitetsu swords are known to be cursed, as the swordsman who wields them will eventually die by their own blade, but this had Zoro intrigued. Yubashiri was one of the fifty Ryo Wazamono grade sword. Roronoa Zoro obtained this sword for free from a sword shop owner.
