A more recent addition to Doritos' stable of dips, this dipping sauce boasts a delicious chili cheese taste and the perfect amount of spice. Serve it up at your next barbecue or party and you can rest assured it will go down a storm! Green onion: Sliced on an angle, green onions are a favorite topping of mine. If you don't have any you can add freshly chopped cilantro instead. Try adding other veggies to the filling. You might like to sauté some diced onion with the ground beef, or mix in some steamed baby broccoli florets or a can of diced green chiles. Minced garlic would also be a great flavor booster. And this is how this simple nachos recipe was made. And when I say that it is simple, it definitely is super simple but full of cheesy, spicy, and sweet goodness. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat layer. No, it is not refrigerated before opening. I loving having salsa con queso in my house as it is pretty low calorie for what it is, cheese.
