How long do they take to charge?

Just bright enough that you notice them and just dim enough that they don’t annoy the bag next door. Good Product not very heavy so need to stop storm water getting under it by filling large joints which have big gap where it tapers in very carefully it otherwise will float up in storm. So I thought that I chance spending a little bit more money, and they are fantastic. Everyone sees them and they can't be run over and flattened! I have bought 5 sets of these lights for my driveway. They were very easy to install and works wonders for a large drive just giving off enough light to make the driveway bright. Excellent product for the price you pay......
