Dr. Ormand von Kleigstadt said:I've played since December and only lost once as well. FYI you can still play the whole archived series at the Web Archive here:

Tag cloud, word cloud, text cloud, wordle...they all refer to the same thing. A wordle is simply a visual representation of words, where the size of each word is proportional to the number of times it appears. Color hints will show you which letters are in the hidden words and which are not. Therefore, the keys on the virtual keyboard of the game are divided into 4 parts, and each part can have its own color according to the side of the game.Using everything else on this list, simply play Wordle every day. As they say, a Wordle a day keeps the, uh, boredom away? It’s good for your brain and, if I may be so bold, good for all of us in other, more profound ways. There’s a list of the most common two-letter combinations in English here, although you have to bear in mind that this is based on all common words, rather than Wordle answers. But it’s definitely useful to get you thinking about possible forms your word might take.

I know, I know: some people will say winning 365 games of Wordle counts for nothing if you’re not on hard mode. And maybe they’re right. But in another (more accurate) way, they're wrong. EdWordle is a new word cloud tool, based on Wordle. Easily create your word cloud by adding input text or edit existing wordles. There are many ways in which you can customize your word clouds in EdWordle, but let’s go over some of the more popular features. D appears in 393 5-letter words, usually as the last letter (118 words) or the first letter (111 words). At its heart, EdWordle allows wordle makers to move and edit words while preserving the ‘neighborhoods’ of other words using a neighborhood-aware algorithm. This means you can create meaningful wordles because related words will appear spatially close together, allowing you to provide more context. We see you, cheaters! If you're stumped on a particular Wordle puzzle, try the Unwordle tool, which uses algorithms to help you guess based on what letters you guessed in your starting word. You can turn on the daily mode in the game settings and solve the same words every day with your friends. The word chain changes every 24 hours. You can easily change the game dictionary in the settings in the top left corner. At the moment, Quordle is available in American English, UK English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Swedish, Irish, Czech, Greek, Turkish, Indonesian, and Filipino. Seriously — if you get this one wrong you might as well give up. While some people like to use a different Wordle start word each game, that’s like running a marathon with your legs tied together: needlessly masochistic. Just don’t do what I did in game 129. I was on my third guess and struggling a bit, when I realized DOYEN was a possible answer and gleefully pressed enter. Simultaneously, some other part of my brain screamed “No! You could also play DOZEN” but by then it was too late. So that was a 4/6 rather than a 3/6 purely because I didn’t work through the options first.

Here’s where your contextual strategy game comes in. Use the colour codes from your first guess to gauge what the word could be. Remember that you must always use green letters from a previous chance in the same position and yellow letters from the previous chance in a new position. For yellow letters, don’t randomly place them in a new spot but try to put them in spots where they are commonly found. For instance, letters like ‘Z’ are usually unlikely to be in the last spot, but letters like ‘E’ and ‘Y’ are common last letters. For instance, if you get a yellow C and a yellow H in a word, but not together, try putting them together next guess — chances are you’ll turn them both green. 7. Think about positioning of lettersChance three onward you will pretty much apply your knowledge of vocabulary patterns as you did in the second guess to get more green letters and eventually, the right word. N appears in 575 5-letter words, usually as the fourth letter (182 words), but often as the third letter (139 words). Paying attention to and learning from clues is one of the productivity lessons you can learn from playing Wordle. If you have guessed with TEARS and got a green T and A, then it goes without saying that you would use the T and A in the same place for your next guess.
