This is one of 30 Lattafa scents I purchased a year ago which have sat on the shelf unopened until this week. Majd Al Sultaan is thicker, denser and smokier which i sometimes can't handle it and wear it only if it's freezing cold outside, while Ameer Al Oud is more wearable and easy to layer with other fragrances.

It can be weird this composition to western noses and taste, not a common scent nor everbody's favorit for sure. It's actually something I'm used to from Oudh containing fragrances where the ingrediënt plays a main role. as for the silage i have gotten no comments on it that would imply to me that others can smell it, i get a whiff when if i am bending down to reach for something, i would say it has an intimate silage at least on my skin. Through the entire scene a rogue wind steals the smoke from the fire and hits your nose with ash from last night's fire instead.For some reason, smelling this gives me some kind of comfort, it reminds me of sweets in my childhood. I like to spray this on the back of my hands and the tops of my knees so I can smell wafts of it throughout the day.

This is my sweetest scent however I do not enjoy candy juvenile scents, I don’t even like gourmands 9/10 times. It's not linear like By the Fireplace, which lacks a certain aromatic, perfumey aspect that in my opinion makes the Lattafa fragrance more wearable. Incense, woody, smokey sweet, sickly haunting in a way that, if your not ready for someone to jumpscare you, this parfum is not for you! I wonder if I should just lubricate myself with fuel since analyzing my other reviews you can clearly see I like the smell. the vanilla is bold and creamy in the dry down and paired with oud i always find this combo reminiscent of fresh baked goods, even a little gingerbread like.I often wear that sweater in the evening over pj's when I'm getting cold, but I had to remove it from my bedroom so that it wouldn't constantly smell like Intense oud in here. This lasts forever on clothes and 8-10 hours on the skin; it also projects like crazy with four sprays max.

My mom absolutely loves this - she's hella picky, has liked only one other scent like that in my entire collection over the years. Spent a fair time thinking about this one after receiving it this morning, so felt compelled to post my second review. Now you'll smell it when coming within close proximity, but it simply means that longevity is bizarre. If BTFP smells like marshmallows on a bonfire, this smells like marshmallows coated in vanilla sugar cooked on a middle-eastern lighter.

It is a true unisex fragrance, and I do not care how hot it is or what time of day it is - I douse myself in it. The first thing I noticed with the full size bottle, it seemed even stronger than the sample and I could smell the medicinal smell that others have mentioned, which I couldn't smell with the sample. If you already own the Replica I'll carefully - cause not 100% - say that I think you could try out the Lattafa without having to fear for a clone in your collection.
