The cover is cute, the art for the character names for each chapter is adorable and unique, and the title is refreshing (I've said it before and I'll say it again- these 2 word cringy titles are making my eyes bleed). Dax is motorcycle riding, tattooed, certified demon who also has reading glasses and a spoiling kink.

Besides the obvious lie by omission that Blair knows Dax's son, Ryan, this book has some of the healthiest communication I've seen in a novel. Faith Robins has been torn away from her brother, kept captive by an omega trafficking ring, and auctioned to the highest bidder. Dang, I'm really bummed right now because I really want more, or at least wish this was a series with another book coming.Lucifer has a throne to uphold and nothing can distract him from making all of his subjects fear and respect him. The themes explored resonated with me on a personal level, and I found myself contemplating them long after finishing the book. i had so much fun omg this is such a quick read i highly recommend it if you want something REALLY REALLLLYYYY steamy but also *swoony* blair and dax are wow. And he’s in town to capture a demon who keeps possessing bodies before she accidentally kills them once she moves to another one.
