The cable of the T3 also feels amazing, and although it is a bit tangle-prone, it is the highest quality cable in this entire review. Best overall build and sonic quality, despite the T3 not being the most pricy IEM from this entire list. In terms of soundstage and imaging, the T3 Plus has a surprising amount to live up to for its price. It shares the space with some formidable players, and that will affect the perception of its spatial abilities. With that being said, the T3 Plus retains an admirable sense of width in the traditional stereo sense. It’s a mostly linear display, featuring surface-level instrumental placement with a good amount of separation between the left and right channels. There’s also some interesting top end added to the sound signature that increases the stage’s reach, but altogether not much dimension is showcased here. The imaging presents a respectable and sometimes playful arrangement of sonic environments, but don’t expect it to wrap around you in any significant way. Low End

However, the shell nozzles are on the longer side, and I suspect this may be an issue for those with smaller ears. Tip-rolling, as described above, may mitigate the insertion length to some extent, so do explore with the various ear tips for a comfort perspective. Starting with the IEMs, Tin Hifi has moved away from the usual aesthetics that I automatically associate with the brand, opting for a more generic shaped resin shell, with a very nice grey marble effect on the faceplate and the Tin logo in gold. T3+ is a very well-tuned IEM, as simple as that. The timbre is decidedly more aligned towards organic natural – not exactly neutral, but well balanced to dwell between the region of being warm and bright. Slight emphasis on the lower frequencies, notably with pronounced Sub-Bass presence. Dynamics exhibiting great maturity and control with vibrancy – which means it is not as euphonic as some very exciting and lively sounding IEMs.

The mids are placed at just the right spot; not forward nor recessed. Vocals have a slightly above average level of articulation. There is a small bump in the upper mids that makes female vocals partially more forward than the male ones. Acoustic guitars, pianos, and other instruments sound lively and has an added shimmer to them.We used many different sources when reviewing the T3 Plus, such as the iFi Go Blu and other budget audiophile players. What we came to find, however, was that the T3 Plus is just as happy while driven from a phone. They are easy to drive and don't require any extra power considerations. What the Titan S cede in bass quantity, they ace in quality, with the bass being tight, fast, and accurate. Texturing is above average (though perhaps not class-leading) with no mid-bass bleed.
