We are two families comprising of two very experienced skiers, two beginner adults and three first time young children (3,4 and 5 years old). The accomodation could not be better located for the slopes and for alpine ambiance, one could not ask for more. On to Meg, our darling hostess, she was warm and welcoming, lovely with the children and a great chef. Superb!!!!! Our nanny, Tash was fun-loving and flexible, which suited us perfectly as we made different arrangements for skiing and exploring each day. One of the children turned four during our week and we were incredibly touched with the efforts made to make her day special (including a little party at the chalet, hand made cards and a beautiful cake). Thank you so much Tash and Meg for these extras, they made a little lady very very happy indeed. Finally, mention must be made of the seamless arrangements for ski hire and lessons for the beginner adults and the little ones. The Oxygene team were friendly, helpful and our amazing adult instructor, Thomas turned a hardened old anti-skier into a complete convert. Thank you thank you thank you. The chalet host will have a day off during the course of the week, during which you will be required to eat out. Hands down the best chalet holiday that we have been on. The chalet is so well decorated and well equipped. Ned was the most wonderful host; he was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Two of our party were young children and Ned made such an effort to engage with them, to play with them and offered to cook meals for them. Nothing was too much trouble. He was helpful with tips on where to ski when planning our day and always took the time to enquire as to how our day was. Ned is a credit to VIP Ski. Whilst on our holiday we had Kir and Jane as nannys for our children. They too were wonderful. Both of the boys enjoyed spending time with them and it mean that we enjoyed our holiday even more as we knew they were in good hands. The daily what'sapp updates and their flexibility in terms of the hours we wanted them to work again made it such a stress free experience. In conclusion, a wonderful holiday made all the more wonderful by he excellent team of staff from VIP Ski. We are already planning our return visit.
