Scarves, Bandanas & Snoods: We couldn't find a lot of quality brands that are focused on knitwear for the lovely pets and those who make some are always using polyester/plastic fibres, so we took an initiative to design and create some lovely woollen and cashmere pieces for your best friends. The focus on pet was an easy transition for me since the day I had a puppy of my own: A Chow called "Maya" which translates to love in the Nepalese literature. I wanted every product I could think of to be best suitable for her and other pets like her. Felt may be the oldest fabric known to humans since there are many references to felt in ancient writings. Wool fibers were felted in China/Central Asia tens of thousands of years ago and made into soft and supple fabric. Since felt is not woven and does not require a loom for its production, it can be handmade without equipment! We are a group of like-minded people who want the best for the creators and the environment. The name "Everest Pet" amplifies where we are based on and where we would like to reach.

Our main product: Everest Dog Chew are basically a longer form of smoked cheese that are enjoyed in smaller pieces by the Himalayan people. The mixture of yak and cow milk are used to make ghee to be sold locally and the remaining skimmed milk is used to make the chews enjoyed by the people and now a longer version for the dogs. For an average human including myself it takes 30miniutes to finish a small, tiny piece of this chew. For Maya it takes about 2-3 days! Keep collections to yourself or inspire other shoppers! Our Pet-Caves started in early days of our existence. When Maya was small, she was distant and aloof, so it was a perfect gift for her to rest and cozy up primarily in the winter months. Surprisingly our caves turned out to be more suitable for cats due to the felt fabric which they love to scratch on. Also being indestructible was always a positive sine cats and dogs tend to be quite playful sometimes. We have also heard some rabbits and hamsters loved our caves.
