Unlike others who have reviewed, I don't have any issues with clumpiness after shaking for a short period of time (I use a Blender Bottle). By having more lactose removed as well, whey isolate is a much better option for those sensitive to lactose.

How I use MuscleTech Nitro Tech The beauty of Nitro Tech is that the additional ingredients (Creatine, Digestive Enzymes, etc.) are all very low in calories. It is possible it is a subjective feeling or due to other factors, but it seems like the creatine is working.
