Typically when I’ve used heavier products at night I wake up in the morning and feel this film on top of my skin that I need to wash off immediately. The Farmacy Honey Halo Ultra Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer actually sinks in and I can tell a difference when I wake up in the morning. Just more plump and soft! Has helped a bit with my texture as well. I’ve found it works best as a nighttime moisturizer because of how intense it is, but it works during the day as well if my skin is especially dry.Since this cream isn’t super glowy, I don’t love using it for makeup prep. Like I said, I love using this cream at nighttime and I wouldn’t necessarily avoid using it for day time use since it doesn’t pill. It just depends on the finish you like your makeup to have as well as your skin type.

If someone put honey halo and a jar of real honey in front of me, I’m not sure I’d be able to smell the difference! The honey halo scent is not overpowering in the slightest.
