Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS. Pinup is a bright fuchsia pink and look so so glossy on the lips. There is much more pigment in this one than others.

Purr glossy cat has slightly a little more pigment than love bug but is still fairly transparent. In the tube it looks like a nude shade and when a couple of layers the colour comes through. The glosses are super shiny and most shades are fairly sheer. By themselves they are great for younger girls who don’t want a whole lot of colour but want the wet look given by a good gloss. Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication. Love Bug is the lightest of all the shades and is a fairly transparent pale pink. There is a little bit of shimmer there and it looks pretty natural on my fairly pigmented lips. Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances.
