Tyro can also use the Tyranno Crush, which can be used after he breaks his goo core by shouting "Tyranno Powerup!". He was referenced in the five Goo Jit Zu series ( Dino Power, Dino X-Ray, Galaxy Blast, Goo Shifters, Glow Shifters, and Deep Goo Sea) meaning that he has been around for the half of the franchise. There is also a variant of this called the Tyranno Blaster, where Tyro shoots powerful beams of energy from his goo blaster. Tyro, Verapz, and War Snap have 3 fingers on each hand. Orbitox has no fingers because his arms are tentacles. Even though he wasn’t in the original cast of the Heroes of Goo Jit Zu, he is referenced a lot in the franchise.

He a powerful T-rex who leads the Dino Squad and is good friends with Blazagon. He and Shredz are rivals who will fight each other ferociously. When he isn’t leading his squad, he can usually be found helping Blazagon and his team. Tyro, Verapz, Orbitox, and War Snap are the only characters to have less than 4 fingers on each hand.
