I have reviewed another model by Sivga in the past, the Phoenix (full review here) and also a set from their more premium line, the Sendy Audio Peacock (full review here). They are certainly not a set of headphones that I would choose to evaluate music, nor to focus on details and layering and all those things that I usually enjoy from headphones, they are just a set to put on, put my feet up and zone out.

Inside the simple box you get the headphones, a cable of matching color, an adapter and carrying pouch.

Electronic music in particular is satisfying, with Rock, Emo, Pop and Dubstep sounding really nice too.

There are no planar magnetic drivers on this model like on the P-II, the SV023 opts for a large 50mm dynamic driver, but the design is open-backed for a wider, more spacious stereo image. The pleather (headband, ear-pads) is black, with the headband featuring silver stitching (it appears silver in color, but it could be white). Sivga Robin SV021 is not exactly as enthusiastic with their sound, and this is a full basshead headphone that actually reminds me of Meze and their 99 Classic headphones.Even better, Sivga Robin is rather light, and it isolates very well from outside noise, so even without ANC they provide around 20-25 dB of passive noise isolation in my experience.

It has a low impedance and high-sensitivity rating that allows it to be powered straight out of your smartphone. Damage due to user negligence, accidents, disassembly, waterlog, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.

The earpads are detachable easily, and you can replace them, plus the 50mm driver with 32 OHM Impedance and 105dB SPL is no problem even for FiiO BTR5 MK2, or Shanling UA2. Established in China in 2016, Sivga's full range of earphones and headphones have quickly proven to be more stylish than most alternatives. Besides the 50mm driver sounding tempting, a claimed frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz is even more appealing, though not out of the ordinary for headphones made for budding audiophiles. The sound is much darker on 99C with the treble rolling off quicker, and in its default state the treble is lost around 7 kHz, with a gentle roll off still going forward to 9 and 11 kHz, where it becomes much quieter than the bass and the midrange.

Sivga Robin SV021 Review | Trusted Reviews

The SV021 features a large 50mm dynamic driver that produces an impressive sound performance with great clarity and detail. MidsBass bleeds into the mids, well it is more than bleed, it invades the mids so you end up with thick sounding headphones. The Sivga Robin SV021 is a full-size closed-back headphone with wood earcups and 50mm polycarbonate dynamic drivers. The Sivga Robin headphones aren't there for bass-heavy enthusiasts – bass is there but fairly restrained.
