The new fragrance inspired by Britney Spears and created by Elizabeth Arden, encompasses a scent of appealing fresh floral quality. Layering it with the body soufflé just makes the pear more fresh and dreamy and it saddens me with a few recent comments that people don’t seem to like this. What caught my interest was the pear, and I wanted to add another floral perfume to my growing collection.

The combination of those top notes with the middle floral notes create a beautiful shower or shampoo scent that's perfect for anybody. The magnolia note is what I get the most of on me but it's also a bit gourmandishly sweet in the same way that Candie's by Candie's is, I can't really describe it but kinda reminds me of fruity caramel popcorn. After 3 hours- the pear note has worn away now, the fragrance is more lotus and tuberose dominated now but I really like it, sillage has decreased though, a little. Would also do well in the heat as it is fresh and crisp from the greenish, slightly aquatic pear note.It's been approximately 6 hours since I purchased/tried this on, and something in the base is making me feel so sick. Curious takes the magnolia in a more aquatic, fruity direction with pear but still has a touch of creamy white-floral from tuberose. I don’t believe this scent withstood the test of time, as we wear more edible fragrances these days it seems.

This is timeless and pretty and performs decently well, I think many people from a vide variety of scent profiles can like / respect this perfume. I’m in my mid to late 20’s, so definitely still fitting in the demographic for her frags, however, I’ve outgrown the cupcake sweet of the Fantasy’s. The white florals and vanilla musk make it an exact match for Britney's character of raw energy with stunning sensuality. I was really hoping for more of the pear notes, but they only last like 10-20 minutes before they disappear. It would be unwearable in hot weather because of this, but I wouldn't consider it a cold weather smell either.It’s an aquatic floral that doesn’t rely too much on water Lily or lotus so the florals aren’t watery and the pear is what’s providing the sweet watery vibe. White florals prevail, with soft and muted jasmine and tuberose appearing after the initial fruity accords. I got it because the reviews are so good and I thought the bottle was kinda weird and funky (in a fun way) but I'm getting rid of it because it smells like water and is taking up valuable real estate. The magnolia and tuberose add a small amount of creaminess that natrually comes from these flowers and it makes it so luxurious. It doesn't personally ring my bells, but it's not bad whatsoever, and was released at a time where the fragrance field wasn't saturated with endless similar releases.

We all talk about wanting realistic scents but easily forget that in nature, scents are often pungent, raw, animalic. But despite being a fairly strong floral, Curious is still sweet enough to suit women of all ages (not that perfume has any age! Longevity and sillage are both a low moderate on me wich it great so the tuberose isn’t headache inducing for me.
