It’s a funny thing, maybe because she was my second child but I just wasn’t concerned at all and thought that the health visitor was being over cautious. We were provided with the Baby Annabell Learns To Walk doll in exchange for this review but all thoughts and opinions are our own. She makes the cutest sounds and her eyes really close – making for the most adorable make-believe play for your little one. When I recently came across the Baby Annabell Learns to Walk Doll from Zapf Creation I knew they would love her too. Zapf Creation recently introduced the Baby Annabell Learns to Walk doll and is challenging the milestones parents are told their children should reach at certain ages.

She gurgles and giggles when she is on the move but if she trips and falls or gets tired she will start to whimper.I also went to some baby groups and found a supportive network of mums who helped me figure everything out. You must be over 18, a resident of the country offering Afterpay, and meeting additional eligibility criteria to qualify. Doting doll parents will be all smiles, holding her hands and encouraging her as she takes small steps forward. All little ones need to do is stand her up straight and hold onto her hands and Lilly will start to take small steps! To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

My daughter was delighted with the walking doll, she loved the fact she could teach the doll to walk and I think her face in the picture above says it all. A Mum of 3 children under 11, she has a slight handbag addiction, a love of floral dresses and fun jewellery. We’ve not had the doll long, so we can’t comment on the battery life or how durable she is but she certainly seems very sturdy and well made.

It does definitely takes some adult supervision to get the doll into the correct positions, particularly to crawl, you also have to hold the dolls arms to get her to walk otherwise her legs just kind of collapse under her.

At his two year check, I remember the health visitor being taken aback by his vocabulary and the fact that he already understood under and over. She'd make a lovely Christmas gift and would be a perfect gift for a child who is going to become a sibling for the first time too. Your little one will love nurturing her when she sobs, giving her lots of hugs to soothe her back to her lively self! Disclosure: We were sent a Baby Annabell Learns to Walk doll for the purpose of this post, however, all opinions are my own. This puts silly pressure on new parents and unnecessary worry if at 20 months their little one isn’t walking or talking. Both Sebastian and Eliza love to play with her, encouraging her to crawl towards them and lifting her up to help her walk. When baby Annabell is in a seated position with her arms out in-front of her she begins to have a tantrum. She loves having her golden locks played with, getting dressed up and of course, sleepy snuggles with her mummy or daddy!
