I’m a huge Too Faced fan, but this palette is one of their most disappointing releases in my opinion. This shade seemed worse than the original release, which was fairly blendable without primer before, and it was more red-based with less orange. The rich, pigmented shadow provides impressive colour payoff that lasts and the range is specially designed to complement all skin tones. To be clear, though, I do not test eyeshadows with primer when they say they are long-wearing – and Too Faced’s eyeshadow formula is noticeably improved with primer across the board. Bless Her Heart is a muted, medium-dark olive green with warm, brown undertones and a frosted sheen. The pigmentation was fantastic–a huge improvement from my original palette–and was a lot more blendable overall with less powderiness overall. May Contain: Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891).I have the Original Chocolate Bar, the Semi Sweet and the Bon Bons between those three I can easily mix it up to achieve those colors.

As you open the palette, you'll find a mirror and each of the beautiful shades, with shades names engraved above. Like testing it, it felt decent, but when they were bad, they were REALLY bad, which dragged down the palette as a whole. There are winners and losers in the palette; most of the mattes were soft enough that they kicked up a lot of excess and sheered out on the lid, while the more matte shades with sparkle didn’t have much sparkle translate.While I truly feel sad for those who have been anxiously awaiting and wanting this palette, I also feel a weird sense of relief. There are many formulas that at least apply well (even if they don’t last all day) without primer, but Too Faced’s eyeshadow formula is particularly difficult to use well without primer across the board–application, pigmentation, blendability, and longevity.

The pigmentation was mostly opaque, and you could easily build the coverage up to opaque with just a touch more product.

But there's a certain charm to Sweet Peach that makes me use this palette whenever I need a pick-me-up. I have been driving myself crazy trying to get my hands on this palette and was very disappointed to think I might miss out on it. If you use primer and don’t already have a slew of go-to warm neutrals to go to, you might still consider it. Well seeing the review and seeing that I have dupes for the peach shades, that’s what I was most interested in. Perfect pinks and corals meet subtle neutrals, rich, indulgent bronzes and pops of opulent purple, with 18 options so that you can create timeless, limitless looks.
