Ensure you are using the correct Washer type for the head of the fixing - you MUST use a CSK Washer with Countersunk-head fixings, and F/B Washer for all "flat-bottomed" fixings such as pan-heads, flange-heads etc. A great product and next day delivery every time. You are not using the correct technique to fit the Cap to the Washer. Because Snap-Caps are designed and moulded to very fine tolerances, the caps cannot be pushed on "flat". Do NOT hit Caps with a hammer (or similar) - it will cause the Caps to splitI need a method to cover screws for a high end client at a blue chip event and Snap-caps fitted the bill perfectly, not only was the product great the range of colours gave a perfect finish. The only problem i have was deciding what shade of blue to choose!!!!!!

Screw caps are much better than traditional corks at keeping oxygen out of your wine bottle. Oxygen causes wine to degrade faster, so ensuring it has as much insulation as possible is paramount.
