Silly female opting to stay with a murdureous man, whom she happen to have a crush on from a young age, rather than with her father who is a cop.

But that doesn’t stop the inferno that is them from combusting every time they are in the near vicinity of one another. This one felt a little slow to me in the beginning but did pick up enough towards the halfway mark to pull me in. In reality, it's about an abusive, controlling, murderer taking advantage of a naive, emotionally unstable, vulnerable teenager.

I made myself finish book one, and I started book two, but when more things are revealed about him that just sickened me, I couldn't stand it any more.I’m really hoping that Tatum and Romero have their own book because I’m also invested in whether or not they are able to work out their issues.
