Every London borough likes to assert its own civic identity. Each has its own coat-of-arms, logos and yawnsome motto. But most also have a strong identity with a particular colour. Camden's, for instance is a species of turquoise, while leafy Richmond is all about the green. Note: Having had some quality issues specific to the ebook, it would be a much better experience to read a physical copy of this book. When you think of the colours of cities, perhaps it might be the caramel spires of Oxford or the orange and reds of Venice that spring to mind. London is not an immediately obvious candidate.
