Customer service is very important here at Bouncepad. I am glad the team looked after you and attended to the issue promptly. A better design for this would have the cables able to come out of a side hole in the pipe instead of out of the top end where the power cord for the print has some what of a notch for it but it is slightly pinched from the rest of the structure being screwed down to the top of the pipe. I bought Bouncepad product "Lounge". The product fulfills all expectations, all works, and fits just perfectly. I also needed faster delivery, so I was offered an express alternative. It can be a little unstable with a larger tablet (ex. 12.9” iPad Pro) and can take a little tweaking to find an arrangement where it doesn’t ‘sink’ or want to fall over. It’s also a bit jiggly if you are trying to type onscreen as I am now but would work well with an external keyboard and is definitely more ergonomic than having the tablet on the table surface.
