Description

Featuring a Paul Walker minifigure, it also features his signature Nissan Skyline from 2 Fast 2 Furious in grey and blue livery. And yes, the Nissan Skyline is right-hand drive as you’d expect from a Japanese import. Legends don’t get more hardcore than a silver and blue Nissan Skyline GT-R driven by the late great Paul Walker. Arguably one of the most iconic Nissan’s and potentially most iconic film car in history, the R34 was and always will be a crowd favourite amongst Fast and Furious fanatics. All of today’s new reveals join the first look we got at the LEGO Marvel lineup for 2023 earlier in the week. Across the board, pricing and part counts are currently inconsistent, though we have been able to confirm those on select waves like Ninjago. LEGO Star Wars headlines the 2023 lineup It’s really exciting to see LEGO and the Speed Champions line lean into more licensed movie properties, after giving us 76911 007 Aston Martin DB5 from James Bond, and 76912 Fast & Furious 1970 Dodge Charger R/T from the Fast & Furious franchise in 2022. Update: Added instructions and part list for a white colored version of my GT-R. Find Part list here.

Lego released a preview of a R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec slated to join its Speed Champions lineup next year. The price includes access to yellow 76901 conversion kit and regular (many color options) Toyota Supra MK4 variants instructions. Fast & Furious 1970 Dodge Charger R/T and 76911 007 Aston Martin DB5, which were both released in August, came with minifigures of their drivers. The Charger had Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto, while the DB5 came with the iconic spy as portrayed by Daniel Craig. If this policy continues, then it’s likely that we’ll see the Skyline accompanied by a minifigure of Brian O’Connor, who was played by the late Paul Walker.

In its base form the R34 GT-R was the crowning glory for Nissan in in the late 90’s. featuring a legendary RB26DETT, four wheel drive, and four wheel steering; the car was a masterpiece in all things Japanese and all things modern technology of the time. The second named set is supposedly – and many, many LEGO car fans will be crossing their fingers that this is true – Brian O’Connor’s grey Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. After Dom Toretto’s Dodge Charger was introduced to the Speed Champions line up earlier this year, the Skyline has been the car that most fans of the Fast & Furious movies wanted to see. Under the hood lives the Iconic RB26DETT engine, with a single turbo conversion and a few other tuning modifications. The moving pistons can also be seen through the hood vents while the hood is closed. This is Fast and Furious Brian's Toyota Supra - heavily tuned orange beast full of characteristic graphics and motorsport brands logos all over the body. It was driven by Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker) - an undercover police officer investigating a matter involving local street racers. This car of course is not a standard GT-R. a full C-west body kit wraps around the car, heavily modded Twin-Turbo RB lives under the bonnet, a full interior and boot of neon’s and speakers helps to usher in the ‘ricer’ and stereo world of the early 2000’s car scene.

The R34 Skyline and accompanying Brian O'Conner miniature figurine (or "minifig") are inspired by the 2003 movie 2 Fast 2 Furious, complete with Toyo Tires badge and accurate Florida license plate.Hi-res PDF step-by-step instructions designed to provide enjoyable building experience. Includes 3 LEGO® Star Wars™ minifigures: Chewbacca, Clone Commander Gree and a Kashyyyk Clone Trooper, plus 2 Kashyyyk Battle Droid LEGO figures. As an avid GT-R fan, Paul Walker himself selected the car’s exact specifications. In addition to choosing the signature Bayside Blue exterior, Walker is said to have requested modifications, including a Turbonetics front-mounted intercooler, Nismo lowering springs, a NE-1 exhaust, a roll cage, an ARC titanium strut tower bar, 19-inch Volk Racing RE30 wheels, a Rotora brake system with 6-piston front and 4-piston rear callipers, and a Nismo Version II front bumper and side skirts.

PS: You probably noticed the Hoonicorn wheels on the model, and gold Porsche Wheels on the Renders. I only used the Porsche wheels in the Renders because the Stud.io software did not offer models for newer Supercar wheels. The car is set up to use any Wheels that use the 35189 disc brake wheel hubs introduced in the Bugatti Chiron. In the Parts list I put the Wheels from the Lamborghini Sian, but of course you can put on any wheels you want to :) Exciting news for LEGO Speed Champions and Japanese automotive fans! German retailer JB Spielwaren has unveiled an upcoming Speed Champions set 76917 2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, which is set to be released on 3 January 2023! None of this is confirmed as yet, so for now take things with a large pinch of salt and nitrous oxide. Over on the Speed Champions side of the LEGO lineup, 2023 will be seeing one of the most iconic racers of all time brought into the fold. Marking the second build from the Fast & Furious franchise, Paul Walker’s character Brian O’Conner will be getting the minifigure treatment alongside his Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. As set number 76917, this follows up last year’s 1970 Dodge Charger featuring Dominic Toretto.flex axle that is ~17.3cm long. LEGO 75c22 will work, or just cut a longer one to the correct length ;) It’s a fantastic tribute to Paul Walker’s character, Brian O’Connor who helmed the first few Fast and Furious movies. Paul Walker tragically died on 30 November 2013, something that affected the millions of Fast & Furious fans deeply.

Toyota Supra MK4 (A80) is a legendary Japanese grand tourer produced between 1993 and 2002. It is one of the most recognizable Japanese sports cars ever made and an unquestionable symbol of the 90s. It was loved by tuners and became a real icon thanks to The Fast and the Furious - a 2001 action movie. piece 99780 in trans-clear (If you can't get them or you don't want to, light bluish gray will work as well)piece 99780 in trans-clear (If you can't get them or you don't want to, light bluish gray will work as well) If you are a purist, this model is not for you. To get the result I desired I had to use very few pieces in colors LEGO does not offer. So you'll need to use some "Non-LEGO" pieces, or some paint. They are available on Aliexpress.
