Sadly no more, the other brands not fit for purchase, the food burns and just not up to the job of ‘Andrew James’ models. Now each has broken down again but the company is refusing to repair or replace them because they say the warranty applies to the original transaction, not to the item. So sorry to find Andrew James has ceased trading ,I have bought numerous products from them and had no problems with either product or service .

I can't even begin to imagine how many times this splash guard has saved me from covering myself in bright red velvet cake batter, dry flour and milk. Excellent product only fault is cake mixing attachment with the spatula that scrapes the bowl needs to be made of a tougher material. Have bought Andrew James products before and have always been pleased with the quality and performance.litre dish can take up to 2kg of whatever mixture, ideal for batch-making treats, savoury dishes and doughs. It is a bit noisy if you put it on high, and the lifting mechanism has become a little stiff on mine. So many food bloggers own one and I just don't understand how - the only way I can ever seen me owning one is if I win a giveaway and most of those are only open to people in the US - arghhhh! The service department was prompt and generous when I applied for a replacement for a part I had broken. The mixer comes complete with a Food Mixer Cookbook , packed with delicious recipes for breads and cakes. The replacement mixer has a good range of attachments, but I do find it very noisy and the timings given don't really mix things properly - I am constantly having to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

I'll set the temperature at 40 an hour later its a 50 or 70 then it will change to however it feels at the time whilst beeps wake everyone up.
