More amazing Amarula recipe In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and egg yolks, until the mixture has gone pale in colour and doubled in size. Slowly pour the Elderberry Jelly on the custard layer. Place in the fridge and allow to set. This will take about 15 minutes, or until set.
