In some ways, the third of the three waves of volunteers has it easiest. According to Dolores, their DNA has already been altered. They are highly intelligent and need a lot of challenges. A really interesting and enlightening book helping to raise awareness of why we are here on Earth at this time. Dolores gets her information through the higher consciousness of many different patients of hers that have hypnosis. The first wave started being born at the end of the 1940s and have had the most difficult time adjusting. I find all this information about the Old and New Earths extremely fascinating. D also provides her own explanation about how some of us can move to the New Earth, and some stay on the Old, without our missing each other.

These children can be sensitive, articulate and gifted. (– Dolores’ description is similar to the popular, yet scientifically unproven, description of Rainbow or Crystal Children, which is part of wider New Age theory.) For years I've been aware of this book, so a few days ago around 4 AM, the frequency of this book was nagging. I had to wake up and start reading it because it wouldn't go away. It has a lot of foggy parts because I don't like Cannon's way of writing, but I had a lot of questions and it provided a lot of answers. Citando a Nietzsche: «No hay verdad, sólo interpretaciones». First-wave volunteers find the customs and ways of doing things on earth to be strange and unnecessary, even barbaric, at times. They try very hard to adapt—and to varying degrees, they're able to —but there are always parts of earth's culture that seem unfailingly daunting and confusing. This can lead a first-waver to feel as if they're somehow inherently flawed and maladaptive and then, naturally, as ifthey don't belong. These volunteers often have trouble finding their tribe, which can create a sense of loneliness and isolation, further solidifying their strong desire to return home.

Very difficult to rate this book. On the one hand, how can this information be anything BUT amazing??? And all the work Dolores does recording, transcribing and then sorting it all together to make a book too. I recommend this book for anyone that is curious about 'what is going on' in the universe. But then I recommend it for those that are not curious as well, so that maybe it will awaken a spark within.Finally, you can add the method is completely singled-sided. Every person Dolores met is a helper with the mission of making the Earth a better place and no one is doing any wrong. It makes you wonder how comes it is not a perfect Earth yet! Many first and second wave souls unconsciously realize that having children creates Karma. Many do not marry in the first place, unless they are fortunate enough to meet another soul to whom they can relate. They just want to do their job and go home. Dolores explained how most of the Three Waves of Volunteers have never lived in a physical body before. Instead, some volunteers have known extraterrestrial civilisations on other planets or in other dimensions.

M: No. I feel perfect in it. I’m one with it. (Laugh) I don’t feel alien to it. It accepts me as part of it. No rejection. I am part of that star, and it hasn’t been disrupted because of my appearance. It’s still going on and I’m just part of it. No structure. No form. I won't even say I don't believe it, but I don't think it's helpful. You've got these SCs telling Dolores to focus on the here and now, to work on the Self, and not to worry about what's going to happen. Then you've got the author obsessed with this Rapture-like splitting of Earth. What, I would ask her, were she still alive, is the purpose? This is the fourth book of hers I've read; the earlier were much earlier in her career. And I see this same strange fascination with "the end times." Quoting Revelations, like it means something. According to Dolores, rather than something to be feared, our alien family is helping us, as well as helping to save planet earth. This could have gone on for quite a while, so I moved her forward to a time when she decided to leave that place and go somewhere else that was appropriate. When I did she was no longer in space. She saw herself on a very high cliff. There was an overhang, a piece that jutted out over a huge chasm.The second wave of volunteers began in the 1990s. The purpose of second wave volunteers is to act like an energetic antenna, beacon, generator and channel of energy. In Dolores words: “ They don’t have to do anything. They just have to be.” Working through several different subjects, Dolores was able to establish communication with the living Michel De Notredame, better known as the prophet Nostradamus. His revelations and their impact on our own time are both fascinating and at times frightening. Great book overall with loads of information, sometimes a bit repetitive and could have used more personal notes and less transcribing of conversations. Especially because not all of the messengers were as coherent as others. But overall worth a read and I'll continue to read more of her books. I think it would be so much easier if we could come in with full knowledge of our mission, our task, but the powers that be do not agree. They say it is best to have all memory erased and to allow us to rediscover ourselves, as well as our mission. They said it would not be a test if we knew the answers. So even those who come with the purist motives and intentions are bound by the same rules as the rest of us. They must forget why they have come, and where they have come from. All that is left is a secret longing that there is something else that they can’t quite grasp. That there is something missing. They have to find themselves again, and stumble through life just like the rest of us until light and memory begins to seep through the blinders. That is where this process of hypnosis helps bring the memories to the forefront. It is time now to remember, to push aside the veil and rediscover our reason for coming to this troubled planet at this precise time in history. In her books and talks, Dolores explained how volunteers came directly from the ‘Source energy’ or “the Source”. (– This seems to be the same ‘Source’ that Vianna Stibal teaches about in Theta Healing).

These advanced children are already equipped with enhanced DNA compatible with the frequency of the New Earth. They need challenges to keep them interested, not drugs to treat their misdiagnosed illnesses such as ADHD. They are the new “hope of the world.”

And I do wonder if there are enough of lightworkers in the world to hold hands tight enough. But the truth is that the DNA decoding is happening/upgrading and that the whole Universe is changing frequencies and vibration, it is inevitable.
