I can honestly say I’ve never really been a huge fan of Pod systems even though I have tested many of them in the past. I’ve always tried to be as objective as I could but I personally prefer to vape on something that has a bit more weight and a higher wattage than a pod system can produce.

The SMOK Nord has been designed well with a great quality of manufacture, the device measures 94mm in height, 30mm in width and just 18.8mm in depth with the pod attached and weighing in at around 80g. SMOK have produced some of the most versatile vape tanks on the market, and they pretty much put sub-ohm vaping on the map following their release of their TFV4 tank. When it comes to coil compatibility, the Nord 50W offers plenty of variety. Not only will you have a choice between MTL and DTL coils from the Nord coil, RPM coil, and LP2 coil range, but there’s also a wide range of coil builds too, including mesh, dual coils, and classic Kanthal builds. Specially-designed pods have been created for each range, with the LP2 pod and Nord pod included, along with a 0.23 Ohm and 0.6 Ohm coil. These included coils will work best with a 70% VG e-liquid, MTL coils available separately can be used with 50/50 and high PG e-liquids. The only other hybrid pod system I have ever been somewhat satisfied with that gave me similar results was the Aspire Breeze 2 apart from the battery life that is lol. When working with Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable cells, please be cautious and carefully use as they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Please make sure that you have great knowledge on all rechargeable batteries before you use them. Always charge batteries at the clean and fire-proof surface. Never leave charging batteries unattended. If you see that there are visible damages on the batteries, please do not use.
