Of course, each of us have different creative approaches, but very often it’s our debate that makes perfume go forward. The 200 ml, which I prefer, is USD 256 (AUD 364), which I find humongously expensive and for some ridiculous reason is more than twice the cost of the 100ml bottle! That design was actually futuristic and creative and cool, and not ridiculous and laughable and tacky. Paco Rabanne’s Phantom is exactly that – all new, expressive and forward-thinking; an aromatic, nuanced homme perfume that comes in a bottle so cool, it’s incentive enough.
