The software sometimes lags and the remote becomes unresponsive, though that may be due to limited processing on the Astro. Eye guard is triggered for 20 cms, 40 cms and 60 cms (centimeters) from the Astro (eye guard sensor), i have maintained it at 60cms. The Nebula app also has a keyboard which makes typing logins into the Astro much more easier than using the remote control.
