To turn it off, you merely turn down the vibration until it stops. This is fine, but I never know if it’s really off or still on but slow enough that I don’t sense the vibration any more. It would be better to have a vibration pattern like a “blip” as it’s being turned off. Don’t be intimidated by the size of this ring. It’s actually very stretchy and comfortable according to my husband. I definitely suggest when preparing to put the ring on your spouse, or if you are doing it yourself, be sure to stretch from the sides vs pulling on the top. The silicone is much thinner on the top of the ring and I’m sure that how other reviewers who said theirs ripped happened.
