In June 2021, JAXA organized a body called the Japan Supersonic Research (JSR) council, which includes Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Heavy industries and Subaru – all working towards making a 50-seat supersonic jet that would consume at least 13% less fuel and have a 50% smaller sonic boom than the Concorde. However, as of 202 3 , no new supersonic airliner has taken to the skies. Nonetheless, several firms are currently in the process of testing the technologies that could be used in these planes. Since the first generation of supersonic jets, environmental regulations in many countries have tightened significantly. Additionally, public awareness of the importance of reducing emissions has surged. It’s important to note that the output of emissions is directly linked to fuel consumption. More efficient aircraft that emit less are also far cheaper to fly – a correlation that spurred the tremendous increase in efficiency (and size ) of the last generation of aircraft engines. In 2013, Supersonic performed " You Got Your License To Drive (Me Crazy)" which became a hit single. Presenting itself as a successor to the Concorde project – even down to hiring people who worked on the legendary jet – Boom Technology is aiming high. And while the aircraft itself seems unremarkable when compared with other entries on this list, it also appears to be the most realistic and has the highest probability of being built.

Superhuman Durability: Supersonic possessed an unspecified level of durability, capable of withstanding his own super strength. Oasis are one of the biggest bands the word has ever seen. Here, in Supersonic, they tell the story of the their beginnings from dive-bar hopefuls to global superstars. They themselves talk us through the pivotal moments in their phenomenal trajectory, from the day Noel Gallagher joined his brother Liam's band, through their first crucial five years culminating at their landmark gigs at Knebworth Park in 1996 - the pinnacle of their success. In 2004, the Aerion SBJ was unveiled, boasting a capability of carrying up to 12 passengers at Mach 1.6 – nearly twice the speed of conventional airliners. By 2014, it was replaced by an updated model called the Aerion AS2, equipped with several futuristic design features, allowing it to produce almost no sonic boom while cruising at Mach 1.2. Then, in March 2021, the company revealed the Aerion AS3, a near-hypersonic version capable of cruising at Mach 4, or four times the speed of sound.On the other hand, Supersonic had the tendency to bend under pressure. When he was asked to perform one of his songs for Homelander's birthday event, he acquiesced to the request even though he didn't want to do it, as he was scared that not doing so would hurt his chances of making it into the Seven. He also didn't take it very well when Starlight told him the truth of Homelander's psychotic nature and how life as part of the Seven truly would be for him if he joined, as it made him feel like all the effort he had put in into coming this far was all for nothing. He was also somewhat naïve, as he told A-Train about Starlight's plot to take down Homelander without knowing much about the speedster's personality, a huge mistake that cost him his life and earned him a horrible death.
