Description

What makes these Miele cylinder vacs a good investment is that they have built-in HEPA AirClean filters. Therefore, they will filtrate dust and allergens from surfaces efficiently. Additionally, every model has a 4.76-quart AirClean dustbag with flaps that allows for dust-free removal. AirClean filter and sealed casing are effective at reducing the allergens and dust released into the air The C2 and C3 have similar weights: 7kg and 7.26kg respectively. While the C3 is marginally heavier, the difference isn’t enough to make vacuuming less convenient. The three wheels also make it easy to pull the vacuum around the home. The Miele Complete C3 is a popular vacuum cleaner. But is that popularity deserved? Or are there better vacuums out there for the same price? Let’s take a closer look at how this vacuum performs. Appearance, Features, and Design

The C3 Brilliant PowrLine comes with unique premium features for the most discerning. It also includes the XL Parquet Twister that will provide you with 180-degree rotation for agile yet gentle care of smooth surfaces. In this review, we’re going to look at the Miele Complete C3 in more detail – including its suction power, ease of use, filtration system and much more. If you want to see our list of the best Miele vacuums then follow the link, otherwise let’s get started! During our research for this review, we found the C3 is effective on both carpets and hard floors. This is due to a combination of strong suction and optimised airflow throughout the vacuum. The floorhead is a high-quality accessory that cleans close to the edge of skirting boards and walls. We also found that the Miele doesn’t tend to lose suction as the bag fills up, which can be an issue for cheaper bagless vacuums, and there are multiple suction settings. Miele puts a lot of thought into making their vacuums easy to use. The C2 and C3 both benefit from features such as automatic cable rewind, multiple suction modes, and an easily extendable wand. The Miele Complete C3 series is the ideal synergy of design and functionality, setting new standards in floor care. It comes with excellent engineering and carefully-selected, high-quality materials, including a durable stainless steel wand and specialized ABS plastic with a hard, impact-resistant surface.

Unlike many modern vacs, the Miele C3 Complete Pure Red is a bagged vacuum. While bags are less convenient than bagless vacuums, they are more hygienic and hold far more dirt. The Miele’s bags also have a self-sealing design that prevents dust and other allergens escaping, along with an indicator for when you need to change the bag. Even so, the floorhead and strong suction make light work of cleaning pet hair from floors without causing clogging. While it’s not really a pet vacuum, the C3 Pure Power certainly won’t struggle with the occasional patch of hair on carpets or hard floors. So, what makes this Miele vacuum cleaner stand out from the crowd? And is it a worthwhile investment compared with other C3 vacuums? Keep reading our Miele Complete C3 Pure Power review to find out. Overview of the Miele Complete C3 Pure Power’s Features You’ll also notice that Miele vacuums are listed as either “PowerLine” or “EcoLine.” This refers to the type of motor. PowerLine is the standard 890W version that we’re focusing on in this comparison. EcoLine motors are less powerful, at 550W, but more energy efficient. Miele's C3 SoftCarpet vacuum cleaner features an Electro Plus electrobrush. This comes with a Built-in "SoftCarpet" mode that was specifically designed to provide you with the best possible results when vacuuming on soft carpets.

Which Should You Buy?

For comparison, the Miele C1 Compact Powerline has a smaller 3.5 litre dirt capacity, while bagless models tend to have a 1-2 litre capacity. The classic Numatic Henry does have a whopping 9 litre capacity, but there’s a trade-off in terms of its poor manoeuvrability.

C3 Complete PowerLine– The basic version of the Miele C3, and the model we’ll be focusing on in this article. There’s a switch on the floorhead to adjust the brush position. It’s best to have the brushes protruding for hard floors, and retracted for carpeted areas or delicate floors prone to scuffs. The C3 PowerLine doesn’t come with a HEPA filter. It does, however, include an AirClean exhaust filter which helps remove dust and other allergens from the air. Like other Miele vacuums, the C3 also has a sealed design to prevent air leakage. You’ll often need to use a medium setting for carpets, however, to make sure you can comfortably push the cleaner head. But it’s nice to have the stronger power available for stubborn dirt.Note: This review has been updated for the SGDF4 version of the Complete C3 PowerLine. Overview of Miele Complete C3 Features We think the Miele Complete C3 Pure Power is both powerful and intuitive to use. The castors make it easy to move in any direction, while the telescopic tube can be adjusted for the height of each user. But how does the Miele compare to other cylinder vacuum cleaners? Does the bagged design make for easier and hygienic emptying? Read our Miele Complete C3 Pure Red review to find out everything you need to know about this vacuum. Overview of the Miele Complete C3 Pure Red Powerline’s Features The non-motorised attachments are good for getting into tight edges and corners, but aren’t as effective as a proper floorhead or turbo tool. So, while the C3 does a decent job at cleaning stairs, it wouldn’t be our first choice for a stair vacuum. Pet Hair C2 Complete PowerLine – This is the standard version of the C2 Complete. It has a set of basic on-board tools, including a dusting brush, crevice tool, and upholstery nozzle.
