You should get an instant answer on whether your application has been successful, though in some rare cases Klarna or V12 may need to look at the application in more detail. A multi-effects pedal for bassists made by bassists, the Zoom B6 is a bass Multi-Effects Processor that's been articulately crafted to meet the needs of professional players at shows or recording sessions. Outside of the Play Modes, Zoom B6 features two separate inputs with an A/B switch on the reverse of the unit. Switch between two of your electric, piezo, upright or acoustic basses and change the impedance between 1M to 10M ohms to achieve the perfect sound for your bass type. Get lost in a world of amps, cabinets and effects With four DI models and advanced multi-effects, the B6 gives you freedom to explore entirely new sounds. The available effect types include various bass effects and amp/cabinet simulation models. Effects can be selected from these types to be added to patch memories. Category

Size: the pedal is big for a Zoom pedal...bigger than the G5n I use. I may need to carry it in its own case rather than stuffed in my gig bag. IMO, pretty much everything about the B6 is a better than the B3n. Unless you're fully wedded to the WYSIWYG stomp switches and knobs legacy design (in which case the G11 would suit you better...for a jump in cost), there's almost nothing I prefer on the B3n vs. the B6. B3n is smaller, if that matters. Both require a little tap-dancing to switch their "play modes" from stomp mode to bank/patch to memory. This could be improved for the B6. If you like the SansAmp BDDI, you'll really like the B6 model. I like it more than when I actually HAD the BDDI. The B6 has the newer version modeled with Midrange control.Touch Screen Usability: Consisting of a 4.3" colour LCD touch-screen interface, setting up, selecting or adjusting your tones is made simple and fast. Zoom B6 Bass Multi-Effects Processor Specifications: Maximum output level: Line +11.4 dBu (when 10 kΩ or more output impedance)/Phones 24 mW + 24 mW (32 Ω load) The B6 is very much larger and very much more capable than the B3 and its successor, the B3n. For a start, where the B3n offers a total of 67 individual ‘stompbox’‑style effects or amp models (each one of course separately configurable), the B6 offers around 115. And whereas the B3n enabled each patch to be built from a chain of up to three effects, the B6 accommodates six. But that’s just the beginning of the B6 story; there’s much more to it than just effects count and patch chain length. Probably the easiest way to begin to explain all there is to play with (and there is a lot) is to describe its physical format, so that’s what I’ll do.

Impressively easy to use, bassists will be able to refine and jump between sounds effortlessly, making this compact reasonably priced multi-fx pedal a must-have. Key Features: Looper: I'm not a looper guy, but if you are and looper time/capacity matter to you, the SD card slot solves this problem Synth and pitch-based effects have taken a step up IMO. I'm finding that I like them more and can do more with them. On the B3n, this category was a real struggle. The synth sounds I'm getting now on the B6 are so much better than the B3 or B3n. The recommended retail price is EUR 534.31, so hopefully the street price will be under EUR 500. There is a lot on offer here, and it looks as though Zoom has included all the basics and more. Gigging bass players and home users alike are sure to appreciate this new bass multi-effects processor from Zoom. More Information on ZoomCollection and delivery costs are included for the first 2 years in the event of an item becoming faulty The new Zoom B6 features Zoom’s ultimate FX processor technology with amp modeling, unique DI box modeling and 88.2 Khz sampling frequency. The B6 is an integrated pedalboard with 9 footswitches and a 4.3-inch color touchscreen with easy-to-use app-based technology, that lets you drag, drop and swipe your way to new sounds, allowing you to create effects chains with up to six effects + amp emulation, and even load your own impulse responses for speaker simulation. Memory mode is the ultimate tool for live musicians. Here, you can organise your patches and allow each footswitch to active one of 4 patches in each bank. This allows you to have multiple unique signal chains comprised of different amps, cabinets and effects throughout different songs within your setlist.

You might need this manual in the future. Always keep it in a place where you can access it easily. By using an SD card, the recording time can be lengthened and phrases can be saved. An SD card also enables use of other audio files as loops. Preselect Wireless control via optional Bluetooth adapter (BTA-1, not included) with Handy Guitar Lab for B6 app It's a thing of beauty. The pictures don't do it credit. While everyone else produces near identical machines, or apes the Line6 range, Zoom as ever, do their own thing. It's the stealth bomber of multi effects. With bright coloured lights. So not really that stealthy.

Inputs and DI Boxes

Elsewhere on the B6 you’ll find an onboard SD/SDX card slot for recording and an integrated USB audio interface to record straight to your DAW of choice. There is also an external expression pedal input, plus an optional Bluetooth BTA-1 expansion port for wireless control of the B6 unit via the dedicated Guitar Lab app and the obligatory effects loop, which allows you to integrate your favourite pedals. Price You also get an onboard looper, along with 68 rhythm patterns to play along with, and up to 2 hours of recording time, or a 45-second looper without an SD card. Expansion & Connectivity Amp and Cab Simulations: Whether you're new to bass or a seasoned pro, the B6 Multi-FX comes with a vast selection of sounds to suit any scenario. Made up of 36 impulse responses that consist of 12 iconic rigs that's been mic'd in three separate positions, players can choose between iconic tube and solid-state amps. Not only that, but with a range of cabinets spanning from the past 60 years, bassists can make their sound authentically theirs.
