But the Peapod Mat stays in the same spot despite any thrashing, rolling, and turning from my kids, who sometimes end up upside down during the night with their feet on the pillows.because they wonder so no guarantee that they would stay downstairs but it doesn't matter as we are protecting both beds. They don't slip, the size medium fits across a standard single bed and is long enough to cover any movement during the night.We double layer DS's bed - waterproof sheet, fitted sheet, waterproof sheet, fitted sheet - so that if it gets wet in the night I can just whip off the top fitted and waterproof sheet and don't have to faff with putting more sheets on in the middle of the night. While it works well for my children, adults or anyone who moves around the bed frequently during sleep may need to double up on pads or consider a different option, like a waterproof mattress protector. I tested the largest size and don't see a purpose for the two smaller options, aside from maybe running to the hospital in labor with the smallest one on my car seat.
