I kid you not ... the author just kept teasing us the whole book... She now burns and is bitter at having to marry the seventy-something-year-old head of the Cosa Nostra. She had been keeping it together so well until the nephew of her fiance turned up and she can’t understand what came over her. Sketcher penned “Sinners Anonymous,” the first novel of the “Sinners Anonymous” series of novels in 2021, and followed that up with several more titles that have been just as popular. And they could have been epic & while i enjoyed their time together nothing happened between them until the very very end. and even then the fire works were not enough whilst some may enjoy this style of writing i certainly do not. i felt cheated & i really expected more intimate scenes considering its a Mafia book. having said that the author did make me believe in their love . im not sure if i will buy the other books in this series but i really want to know more about Rory & Vicious' lives because they got together at the very end we didnt see them together as a couple for long.. if author ever gives them another book i will definitely read it just because i love them.

Somme introduces a new mafia crime family character in each novel with their own quirks and flaws which only makes things even more intriguing. There wasn’t a single story or character in this book that didn’t completely draw me in. The fact that it’s an ongoing series (although unfortunately Angelo and Rory’s story seems to be complete) is just icing on a perfectly constructed cake. I admit that I wish it was Gabe and not Rafe who told the story next, but I can’t wait to read what else this author presents in this series. These are some dangerous men who will do anything including kill for their women. Nonetheless, it is not all love, kill, and protection as sometimes the love mentally and physically overwhelms them, since it is an emotion that is so new for them. The man she is to get married to is a made man named Angelo who is the perfect amount of evil meets dark, even though he has a special softness and sweetness when it comes to Rory. Penny remains the same badass woman that we fell in love with when she was first introduced in Sinners Anonymous. She continues to amaze with her sassy jokes and lines and will not let anything distract her from what she wants.
