Interactive digital building – Want to give your young builder a more awesome building experience? Now you can with the LEGO® Builder app, featuring intuitive zoom and rotate modes Is that a market that can sustain their growth models? Especially given the current economic and sociological (developed world birth dirth) climate? There’s only one minifigure included, Boba Fett himself. This minifigure is unchanged from its previous appearances in terms of the prints, the only difference being his rangefinder is now missing. The LEGO Group has been recreating starships, vehicles, locations and characters from the Star Wars universe since 1999, and there is a huge variety of sets that make super gifts for fans of all ages.Good. Why should great minifigures be unobtainable for younger Lego enthusiasts? And why should anyone care that expensive minifigures will depreciate in value?" Well... to play devil's argument, people who spent a lot to get them. Let's face it, Lego has based a large amount of its goodwill (i.e., inherent value of a longstanding company) in the idea that it's products are 'worth it' to adults in part because they appreciate in value. If Lego decides to undercut all the collectors who've invested, they will destroy that part of their goodwill. They will 'only' be a toy company for children.

A lot of the people here in the comments are acting as if LEGO doesn't regularly give Star Wars sets generic names, such as "Anakin's Jedi Interceptor" instead of Eta-2 Actis-class Interceptor, or "General Grievous' Starfighter" instead of Soulless One. I don't like the name change either, but only because of the context behind the change. " The biggest draw will undoubtedly be the post-ROTJ Boba Fett minifigure appearing in the most affordable set yet, but is the rest of the set any good too? Let’s find out! This isn’t the first time LEGO has made a Slave I in microfighter scale – there was one released in 2012! However, that was a promotional set exclusive to Star Wars Celebration, and while the older model had a less stubby design, I think the 2023 model is more detailed overall. Boba Fett has always been at the forefront of minifigure design and the version introduced in 75060 Slave I arguably achieved perfection! This minifigure thus resembles earlier examples very closely, but actually comprises new pieces. The belt, braided Wookiee hair and metallic silver battle damage have each been adjusted, while the legs include slightly more detail. LEGO Star Wars Cubedude Bounty Hunter Edition (Celebration V Exclusive) LEGO Star Wars Cubedude Bounty Hunter Edition (Celebration V Exclusive)LEGO Boba Fetts Starship (The Mandalorian) (75312) LEGO Boba Fett's Starship (The Mandalorian) (75312) LEGO Star Wars 75344 Boba Fett’s Starship Microfighter is available to buy from LEGO.com, in LEGO Stores and through third-party retailers. It’s cheap enough that you won’t really need to wait for a discount, though. One nice feature about this model’s small scale is that it can be easily balanced in its vertical flight mode without the need for a stand, which bigger LEGO Slave I sets have been unable to achieve. I would have preferred the shoulder armour to be placed higher on both arms, but the shape of these panels is attractive. The combination of reddish brown and dark red across the forearms looks nice as well. The rifle bears little resemblance to Boba Fett's classic EE-3 carbine, which is a shame, but this was probably inevitable because of the stud shooter. Some fans were hoping LEGO would update the colour of Boba’s helmet to a more accurate dark green shade, but a brand new minifigure might be a bit of a big ask for the cheapest set in the wave.

If you’re a fan of Boba Fett, LEGO or just very manageable building projects, I think the newest LEGO Star Wars Microfighter is for you. And hopefully, we won’t have to wait an entire year for the next installment in the series! Then, the rumors began that Boba Fett would be joining the Microfighter series. And on January 1, 2023, the new set officially dropped. Give kids a cool introduction to LEGO Star Wars building toys with Boba Fett’s Starship Microfighter (75344) set for kids aged 6+ years old. Young fans join forces with the legendary bounty hunter and begin an epic adventure! I hope that they'll recolor the design for a Jango Fett's Slave I next year. They've done something like that for Y-wing and X-wing Microfighters. If the LEGO Group had just taken the plunge and colour-corrected Boba Fett, we’d be having an entirely different conversation right now, using words and phrases like ‘must-have’ and ‘buy it right now’. As is, it’s one for Slave I and Microfighters collectors only. LEGO Star Wars 75344 Boba Fett’s Starship Microfighter pros

Innovation [2]– Not really innovative, but making Boba Fett fit in such a small space in two different ways is pretty clever. Quality assurance – LEGO® components meet strict industry quality standards to ensure that they connect consistently and securely for robust builds And to compare him with the clone trooper minifigure included in this year’s LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar, his face really does look like an aged clone. The scars are there—and a nice touch. His armor is incredibly detailed, and his weapon, intense. What surprised me was the fact that you can also put him into the Slave I in its horizontal landed mode! This feature is present in larger versions of the Slave I, but I didn’t expect them to recreate it here.
