When I encrypt the traffic via a VPN. it does seem better to respond. Ping, resolution times decrease, though the overall speed is reduced. Unfortunately this isn't a solution for me, as I use netflix too. I don't know much about this but to it seems like it's not really about if the modem can enter bridgemode or not (because it can) - it's more about if the web-interface supports/shows the menu - at least both the other guy and me had the same firmware version except for the WebUI-version. I’m really surprised this is so complicated - surely if a cat 6 device cannot do 64QAM then it simply can’t ? Has anyone found another router that’s cat 8 or higher for reasonable price ? Typically I get between 40mbps to 120ish if speedtest.net is to be believed. Streaming seems to work ok most of the time, but only after a lot of dilly dallying.

In reply to a post by barker04:n the settings I wondered if you can see if it does the 64QAM mentioned ? I think the mast I might connect to supports this - although have no way to know for sure before I buy this so keen to get a router that supports this if I can . Having had the B535 for a few days, it has matched the MR600 for stability, but I will run it through next week for a proper test. Should probably watch Rogue One to continue the Star Wars comparison. On the B535, I have been using the HUA CTRL app on Android to change bands, and this has been working reliably so far... I am aware 4G broadband isn't the greatest for gaming, I unfortunately do not have another choice in my current circumstance, otherwise I would have gone for hardwired/fibre broadband. We’ve mentioned three of the main alternatives elsewhere in this review – the Three 5G Hub, the Three 4G Hub, and the 4GEE Home Router 2. The first of those is only worth considering if you can get a 5G signal, while the other two tie you to Three and EE respectively. The MR600 ran faultlessly for over week while I worked from home - video conferences never dropped. The kids can game on both PS4 with voice chat and the Nintendo Switch which is notoriously fussy given the P2P nature of its online service. I watched Solo on Disney+ which it says is 4K and YouTube usually defaults to 720p. If you are not getting any signal with B3 either than that would suggest you're only able to receive B20 - if so, the speeds for that are likely to be very low - you don't say what speeds you are able to achieve so can't be certain. In reply to a post by davidc01:My neighbours must think I'm crazy... the lengths I go for better ping times! Just wondering because surely with better connectivity of MIMO wouldn't that automatically increase the availability of bandwidth to users on that mast?

On the MR600, the band selection does nothing for me. On Three, I can never get anything other than 3,3 no matter what I select, and mostly it's just single band 3. Anyway, sorry this post isn't particularly well structured. I do feel that even though some of the issues I have with the router are also present on my phone, they are to a much lesser degree and perhaps it's not solely a network issue and that perhaps there is something in this being a router issue too, if even only partially. Perhaps this router exacerbates the network issues Millimetre by millimetre of tweaking I can get signal stats on the B535 to match the MR600. RSRQ -3, RSRP -100, RSSI -77, SINR 15 on a beautiful clear morning. 64 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up as evidenced here - speedtest result.A Huawei B535-232 egy olyan eszköz, amelynek teljesítményforrása váltakozó áram (AC).
