When it comes to the soundstage of the LetShuoer S12 Pro, I can say that it offers an adequate performance in terms of separation, layering and placement of instruments and vocals. The midrange is lush with sublime goodness, but are not forward (which for me makes them relaxing) again that also depends on your pairing. I paired them with Samsung galaxy note 10 Plus, Xiaomi Mi Mix and my Shanling M7 DAP, as my source, and for amplification variably, The HAA FEE HA11, TRI TK2, Fiio BTR5 and BTR7, Shanling UA3 dongle DAC/Amp, DD Hifi TC35C USBC adapter, the Littlebear B4X tube Amp paired with Taotronics Bluetooth DAC, Rod Rain Audio DAC/Amp paired with Xduoo MT604 tube balanced Amp, using mostly 2. YMMV, as treble perception is not uniform; it is dependent on hearing health/ age, volume played at ( Fletcher Munson curve), ear anatomy ( pinna gain), sources, and ear tips. While the shells of the S12 Pro look like the spitting image of the original S12, they come in an aerospace blue hue, which is a far cry from their predecessor’s dull gray color.

S12 Pro? : r/inearfidelity Has anyone tried the new Shuoer S12 Pro? : r/inearfidelity

Clearly it is more evident on some tracks than on others, but when it all comes together, it is pure bliss. The treble on the S12 PRO is well extended and clear with good detail retrieval that doesn't resort into becoming analytical. Unsurprisingly, build quality is top-notch, and if the Letshuoer S12 Pro is one of the most affordable planar, they don’t feel like a cheap knock-off, far from it. planar magnetic driver which has a 102db high sensitivity that means that it can be easily driven by a cell phone or dongle DACs.I want to hear the midrange, but not to wince when the saxophone blurts out, or a voice shout at me (no matter how good the voice is).

Letshuoer S12 Pro in-Ear Monitor 14.8mm Planar Magnetic

It must be pointed out that the S12 Pros benefit from power to bring out the best in them, particularly the bass. Is there any aspect of isolation or sound that you would like to change with eartips on the S12 Pro? Having taken Music as subject during his "O" Level examinations in Singapore, baskingshark boasts nearly two decades of experience playing both the piano. I really appreciate that LETSHUOER incorporated not two but three different types of ear tips in the packaging.Timbre is also great with a very naturally sounding presentation and only in very few instances does it sound particularly like “how a planar sounds”. To be honest, I’m a single DD guy and am not really a fan of planar timbre, but I appreciate the attributes the S12 Pro have, and these have a place in my collection. In terms of negatives, the S12 Pro may be a tinge bright for treble-sensitive folk, and vocal and midrange lovers might need to consider alternatives due to a depression in the lower mids. The general sound signature is mildly warm, relative smoother compared to the OG S12 and shows an excellent entertaining factor thanks to its deep, fast and impactful manner lows, transparent and lively midrange and well pronounced and extending upper midrange tuning and treble tuning.
