The additional models here are the Fighting Uruk Hai Warrior Command, Uruk Hai Siege Troops and Uruk Hai Berserkers. I also wouldn't mind if there was a second sprue of Riders (or Theoden AND Eomer), but that's definitely asking for too much. If your aim is to beeline to the Dunland Legendary Legion, then you’re better off just skipping the Battlehost completely and collecting Dunland from the ground up – which is actually what I did.

Fourth, Gandalf lost Your Staff is Broken and Banishment, which would be useful against Saruman and the Witch-King respectively, but both for Gandalf are quite niche (though I stand by what I said earlier about the Witch-King benefitting from the spell immensely). It’s an infantry force designed to rush forward and put a demolition charge into the enemy shieldwall.If I were to change these battlehost boxes to make them more evenly matched, we'd need to begin with Isengard: Isengard getting Saruman and Grima gives it a huge advantage besides all the Uruks they're getting. But more than that, the Isengard rules showed very little change from the normal Isengard rules (in part because Uruk-Hai don't have a lot of rules - they just pay for stats). It slots into multiple armies and can be used from the Last Alliance era to the end of the War of the Ring.

Fortunately they have a large army list with a decent special rule in the Armies of the Lord of the Rings book, and it is a list that regularly sees the table at events. For a pure Isengard force from the LOTR Armies book, obvious additions are characters, monsters, missile troops and cavalry.It’s good for getting toys on the table quickly, or if you and a friend both bought a battlehost together and want to play with those exclusively - but I’d strongly recommend moving on to your next purchases.
