I agree it's confusing - but I'm hoping to add NZBGet in there at some point - so can't call it 'SABnzbd' anything. Sherpa, Sherpa Mini, and Ascender family extruders are both still being developed and improved. Neither Sherpa nor Sherpa Mini are successors to the Ascender extruder (though there is one in the making). I recommend reading this post from Orbiter author to better understand all the benefits of this extruder. Sherpa Mini I should be using washers on the Sherpa mounting bolts as you did. 🙂 I’ll add those next time I work on it. A tag already exists with the provided branch name. Many Git commands accept both tag and branch names, so creating this branch may cause unexpected behavior. Are you sure you want to create this branch?

This is the Sherpa Mini Extruder, a ground up design developed by Anlin and the team at Annex Engineering. It's a dual geared hobbed filament extruder designed for use with any printer. It features a 5:1 gear driven design to provide torque while being able to be near silent. You must perform your own tuning to get the best results. Well, I was wrong, during my tests I have not observed any flexing, the skeleton design is stiff enough for the Oh. Nevermind, just saw the license on the Pitan. No derivatives? Really? For such an obvious copy of a commercial product?

But I’m not sure if it’s too close a copy of the E3D Titan. I know E3D releases their new stuff GPL but I haven’t seen anything about the Titan being GPL and I’d rather not get involved if it’s too close a copy either legally or morally. I hope this guide is helpful to you. Upgrading the Flsun Super Racer to direct drive was easier than expected and I am quite happy with the results. I am sure we’ll have a dual 5015 fan mount soon which works with the Sherpa Mini, so I’ll update the article when I do that upgrade. Until then, enjoy your new Sherpa Mini! I’ve been looking at the Pitan extruder. I want to design a different idler lever or maybe even re-implement the whole thing in OpenSCAD to make certain features configurable. Sailfin and HextrudORT are very similar designs that you may prefer in certain circumstances but they are less popular and you may need to design your own mount to use them. Bondtech LGX

Added small hexagonal shape to the rear of the cowling. This makes it slot into the X-Carriage even more, thanks @probably-Erwins-Cat for pointing that out. Closes #3I made a 1h testrun at 1.2A and the motor was too hot to touch, but below 100C (tested with waterdrop)

Command "/opt/bin/python2.7 -u -c "import setuptools, tokenize;__file__='/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Entware-ng/tmp/pip-build-qbGM6r/sabyenc/setup.py';f=getattr(tokenize, 'open', open)(__file__);code=f.read().replace(' steps. Ideally the maximum extrusion force should be lower than the force needed to grind the filament. A better filament grip helps since the force

Next pictures shows a Benchy printed out of Devil Design ASA, @ 250 °C, 300mm/s speed with 10.000mm/s 2 . The LGX lever was set to L1 position.
