I'm far from the biggest fan of citrus bombs, but this aromatic is high quality, classy, and has depth. You can forget about getting anywhere close to this level with cheapies such as Victor or Aqua di Selva.

This Cosmair era bottle has higher concentration and projects well for the first hour and a half, and lasts about 5 hours on my skin, which isn't great, but twice as long as I get from the last formulation. |Experience the Irresistible Armani Sì Passione. More than just a fragrance; this is a powerful reinvention of the iconic Armani scent, embodying an irresistible combination of grace, strength, and independent spirit. Giorgio Armani himself describes it as a perfume that encapsulates the essence of a confident woman who dares to say yes to life's adventures. Inspired by the elements of nature, the Giorgio Armani fragrances are an example of invisible sophistication. A symbol of perfection and harmony. From a skilful blend of the most beautiful raw materials, Giorgio Armani creates perfume that’s timeless and vibrant, but fluid and simple. Most people here comment about citrus, citrus, citrus and lemon. Often compared to Eau Sauvage, which is a citrus bomb. Armani Eau pour Homme however is dominated by Mandarin, Orange and Bergamot. This may also be a citrus Aromatic but is nothing like Eau Sauvage, which is far more acid than Armani. Guerlain has plenty of classic citrus scents - Eau de Cologne Imperiale, Eau de Guerlain, Aqua Allegoria Limon Verde, and the now discontinued Aqua Allegoria Lemon Fresca, to name a few.If you're a fan of 4711 Eau de Cologne, Dior Eau Sauvage, Azzaro Pour Homme, or Aramis Tuscany Per Uomo, you might enjoy Armani Eau Pour Homme. This fragrance opens with zesty basil notes which gives it its classic freshness. Then it gradually transforms into a heavy patchouli and sandlewood base which lasts 4 to 5 hours in a fall or winter season. The first thing that I thought of when I first sprayed this was grass. I get a lot of green herb notes i.e. the basil however in the opening there is citrus and a sharp lemon note which makes this very bright and fresh. The opening is very strong but in a confident bold way. A really nice scent. This perfume is very underrated. It smells like the warm hills of Italy near Lago di Garda. Giorgio Armani's worth mentioning creation is Eau pour Homme Eau de Toilette. The year of production is 1984 since it makes it an unmissable proposal from the 1980s. A quantity of essential oils close to 10% is the salient feature that hides behind the impalpable cloud characteristic of the eau de toilette. For Those Who Love Citrus

Since its output, it smell as a very natural lemon with herbal spices, in a very mediterranean style, in its medium phase grows up the smell of flowers with a prominent nutmeg and cloves. What I get from Armani Eau Pour Homme (1984) is a polite mixture of 3/4 Dior Eau Sauvage and 1/4 Azzaro Pour Homme. There's a lemon-like opening, and a pleasant dry down that offers a refreshing antidote to the incense-heavy orientals and musky fougeres of the 80s. However, compared to contemporary warm-weather men's fragrances, I find that Armani Eau Pour Homme is just not that competitive. Its a nice enough fragrance but smelling it makes me crave for something much fresher, something like Armani's 1996 masterpiece, Acqua di Gio. It opens strong but generic, citrus and cool spices, and it dries down to something I consider way too flowery, kind of like hair grease.

I didn't have a chance to smell Eau Pour Homme from '84 unfortunately. But this is (IMO) currently the best fragrance from Armani's "mainstream" lineup. As I apply, there is a bitter-sweet tinge making me curious about the development. In about a couple of hours the invigorating spice bonfire quietly excuses itself and a deeper and darker mystery unfolds itself. It is certainly NOT screaming: "Hey, look at me, I can wear this and it will make me cool!", but boldly introducing itself and assuming it's position. The vibe of the drydown is mysterious. Although imposing, it suggests rather than states. Instead of amusing you, it shares the experience. It is like your energy-booster (in a deeper, non-Redbull fashion). Maybe that is why it grew on me so fast. I think this fragrance it will be a must have always in my closet, because in my opinion this is the scent for a man.
