Prior to joining Fourth, Melissa was the Chief People Officer at LogRhythm. Her mission is to bring out the best in others. Melissa thrives leading global initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments to support business goals and build organizational capability. She is passionate about employee and leadership development including coaching, facilitation, training, and development. A certified Professional in Human Resources, Melissa is a proud Longhorn who holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, an MPA from Texas State University, and professional certifications in Organizational Development, Mediation/Conflict Resolution and professional affiliations with several HR/OD/Coaching organizations. Our story began in 1999 with two individual companies on two separate continents with trailblazing entrepreneurs at their helms. Both shared similar goals ─ to streamline restaurant and hotel processes through intelligent technology. Both grew exponentially and became well-recognized brands in the technology sector — Fourth and HotSchedules.
